Rental Guide
Postal bookings for the upcoming weekend MUST be placed by 3pm Wednesday, if you book after this time and you have not been in contact with us your order will be sent but Your Designer Rentals will not be liable for any lateness or non arrivals due to post. If you choose pick up please get in contact either through instagram DM or text to organise a time to pick up - pick ups are available until midday Saturday for the weekend. Please ensure you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions before booking with us.
When making your booking please ensure you select the day you want your dress to arrive on the calendar, our system will automatically block out 2 days prior and after once you have completed the booking process.
We send out orders on Wednesday on overnight courier for weekend bookings, which allows plenty of your time for your rental to arrive to you. Any weekday bookings will be sent at least 2 days before your event.
All our postal rentals come with a return postal bag - if for any reason you lose/misplace your return bag you must cover return overnight postage. Please get in contact with us to confirm return address and to provide tracking details.
Any rental booked for a Saturday or Sunday must be dropped to a NZ post shop by 3pm Monday - please ensure you drop to a counter and not in a dropbox as this will not be scanned/picked up until the next day and you will incur a late fee.
Weekday rentals must be dropped to a NZ post shop the next working day after your event i.e if your rental date is Wednesday, your rental must be dropped back on the Thursday. Please get in contact if for any reason you are not able to do this.
If you can see that the day after your event day is blocked off, please do not book as this is too fast a turn around and the garment will not be back in time to reach the next customer. We will unfortunately have to cancel and refund your order if this happens.
